Alex is a seasoned C-level executive, entrepreneur, serial investor, board member, philanthropist, business consultant, and visionary leader with over three decades of experience driving rapid growth and success across diverse global industries. Renowned for his strategic acumen, he has successfully built and scaled multi-million-dollar businesses from inception to market leadership, leveraging organic growth strategies and strategic mergers and acquisitions. Beyond his business achievements, Alex is deeply committed to academia and community development.

Over the past 15 years, she has held positions as Chief Marketing Officer, Chief Revenue Officer, and in Planning. With skills in expansion strategy, M&A, IPOs, and market intelligence, she has a proven track record of leading large teams and innovative digital marketing initiatives, as well as experience in developing projects that drive brand growth and visibility.
Renata stands out for her ability to create meaningful connections between brands and consumers, always focused on results and strengthening the brand's market presence.
Sarah Carmichael
Director, Business Operations
Sarah Carmichael has over a decade of experience in operations and technology delivery, successfully working with clients across healthcare, finance, energy, and manufacturing. She has managed key projects for companies such as Kaiser Permanente, Google, and SunTrust Bank, focusing on system implementations that improve processes and optimize efficiency.
At Invista Capital Partners, Sarah plays a crucial role in developing and overseeing the operational infrastructure that supports the company’s strategic growth. As Director of Operations, she ensures that technology and business operations are well-aligned, with a focus on creating scalable and efficient processes.
Sarah holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Theory and Economics from Marlboro College.
Humberto Alexander Pereira
Co-Founder & Managing Partner
Humberto is a seasoned executive in structured lending, business development, investment banking, and M&A, with over 20 years of global experience across finance, banking, and technology industries. As Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Invista Capital Partners, he leverages his expertise to design and implement sophisticated financial solutions that drive meaningful growth. Humberto has led a series of high-impact transactions, notably in structuring complex, multi-jurisdictional lending strategies that have delivered hundreds of millions in financing for Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) clients and institutional partners alike.
In addition to his extensive background in debt structuring and lending, Humberto has a strong track record in M&A, where he has been integral to transactions from the initial investor pitch through to closing.
Throughout his career, Humberto has also led extensive debt financing transactions across Commercial and Residential Real Estate sectors, overseeing credit disbursement and acquisitions for high-value properties in key U.S. markets, including Florida, Georgia, Illinois, New York, Texas, and Virginia. His experience extends to managing large-scale underwriting processes, where he structured and originated a wide array of real estate deals valued in the hundreds of millions, supporting the expansion of client portfolios.
Humberto holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo and an MBA from the University of Rochester.
